Orders placed after 9am will be dispatched on the next working day.
Opting for ‘Express Shipping’ ensures same-day dispatch until 1pm. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Times:

We offer FREE postage to mainland UK addresses.
Typically, deliveries within the UK mainland arrive within 48 hours.

International Orders:

For customers outside of the UK, please be aware that any import VAT/Duty upon the goods' arrival in your country is your responsibility.
Please consider this when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order:

If your item hasn't arrived within 7 days, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We'll investigate the matter promptly.

Courier Responsibility:

Once your item leaves our warehouse, its timely and safe delivery is in the hands of our trusted couriers.
In the rare event of delays or damage during transit, we'll work closely with the couriers to ensure your item arrives promptly and in good condition.
If your item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we'll promptly send you a replacement free of charge.

Lost Items:

In the unfortunate event of a lost item, we'll require you to sign a non-receipt of goods letter so we can process a claim through the courier’s insurance.
