Orders received before 9am will be dispatched the same day, otherwise we will dispatch the item the next working day. If you pay for 24 hour delivery service we aim to dispatch all orders same day until 1pm, any orders after this time are dispatched the following working day.
Postage is FREE to mainland UK addresses and will usually arrive within 4 working days.
If you live in The Highlands and Northern Ireland, postage will be chargeable and can take up to 5 working days. Republic of Ireland is also chargeable and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Please note: Customers outside of the UK, we take no responsibility for any import VAT / Duty upon the goods arriving in your country, please bare this in mind when ordering.
If your item hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact us so we can look into it for you, If the item is sent back to us via the delivery service we will have to ask you to pay for the return postage, as we have to re-send and also get charged for the return.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail.
Unfortunately once the item leaves our warehouse we have to rely on the couriers to ensure the parcel is delivered promptly and in good condition, if the parcel takes longer than expected to be delivered we will do our best to ensure the item arrives as soon as possible by contacting couriers. On the rare occasion the item doesn't get delivered or does but is delivered damaged we will send a replacement free of charge.
If an item is lost in the post you will be required to sign a non-receipt of goods letter so we can claim through the couriers insurance.
